Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent related experience
  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations
  • basic knowledge of computers

  • college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • capable of effective communication with customers, staff and co-workers
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
  • excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • ability to problem solve toward a positive conclusion
  • high sense of urgency
  • self motivated
  • excellent team building skills
  • proven ability to achieve and maintain desired results
  • bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Maximize financial performance and profit of restaurant
  • analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions
  • ensure quality product and customer service experience
  • maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
  • carry out recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
  • conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training
  • comply with company policies and communicate changes
  • enforce sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • maintain building and equipment in compliance with regulations
  • lead local store marketing efforts
  • control inventory to meet company standards
  • manage all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
