Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent related experience
- 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations
- basic knowledge of computers

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- capable of effective communication with customers, staff and co-workers
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P and L management
- excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- ability to problem solve toward a positive conclusion
- high sense of urgency
- self motivated
- excellent team building skills
- proven ability to achieve and maintain desired results
- bilingual Spanish preferred
- ability to work varied hours and days
Job Duties
- Maximize financial performance and profit of restaurant
- analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions
- ensure quality product and customer service experience
- maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
- carry out recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
- conduct crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training
- comply with company policies and communicate changes
- enforce sanitation, safety, and security policies
- maintain building and equipment in compliance with regulations
- lead local store marketing efforts
- control inventory to meet company standards
- manage all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
