Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent related experience
- 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- basic knowledge of computers
- ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- capable of communicating effectively with customers, staff and co-workers
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- ability to problem solve toward a positive conclusion
- high sense of urgency
- self motivated
- excellent team building skills
- proven ability to achieve and maintain desired results
- bilingual Spanish preferred
- ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Maximizes financial performance and profit of restaurant
- analyzes business performance and initiates appropriate corrective actions
- ensures restaurant consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience
- maintains quality, service and cleanliness standards
- schedules sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
- oversees recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance management
- conducts crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety and training
- complies with company policies and communicates changes to team members
- enforces sanitation, safety and security policies
- maintains building, equipment, reports and records in compliance with regulations
- leads local store marketing efforts
- manages inventory and product supply
- ensures cash handling procedures are followed
- models and encourages shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
