Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent related experience
  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations

  • college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • capable of communicating effectively with customers, staff and co-workers
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • ability to problem solve toward a positive conclusion
  • high sense of urgency
  • self motivated
  • excellent team building skills
  • proven ability to achieve and maintain desired results
  • bilingual Spanish preferred
  • ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Maximizes financial performance and profit of restaurant
  • analyzes business performance and initiates appropriate corrective actions
  • ensures restaurant consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience
  • maintains quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • schedules sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
  • oversees recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance management
  • conducts crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety and training
  • complies with company policies and communicates changes to team members
  • enforces sanitation, safety and security policies
  • maintains building, equipment, reports and records in compliance with regulations
  • leads local store marketing efforts
  • manages inventory and product supply
  • ensures cash handling procedures are followed
  • models and encourages shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
