Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or restaurant management
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to manage profit and loss statements
- Skills in food and labor cost management
- Competence in cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and California labor laws
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Ability to handle sensitive employee issues confidentially
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Proficiency in point of sale systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- Ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- Skilled in food cost and labor cost management
- Knowledge of food preparation and cash handling
- Familiarity with California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and healthy living
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate the store ensuring all aspects of the Nekter promise are fulfilled
- Hire, train, and coach employees to enhance performance and maintain brand standards
- Manage daily operations including cash handling and POS system expertise
- Oversee food safety, storage, and preparation to comply with health standards
- Monitor profit and loss statements to achieve company financial goals
- Promote the brand in the local community through partnerships and promotions
