Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years retail or restaurant management experience
- Proficiency in point of sale systems, with NCR knowledge a plus

- Experience in food cost and labor cost management
- Knowledge of California labor laws
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
