Job Requirements

  • Point of sale system proficiency
  • Experience with profit and loss statements

  • Working knowledge of California labor laws

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years retail or restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in point of sale systems, with NCR knowledge a plus
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management
  • Experience in food cost and labor cost management
  • Knowledge of California labor laws
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for healthy food and lifestyle

Job Duties
