Job Requirements
- minimum 3-5 years of relevant management experience
- ability to utilize point of sale systems effectively
- strong knowledge of food safety and handling standards
- experience managing profit and loss statements
- ability to manage labor and food costs
- proficient cash handling capability
- understanding of local labor laws including California
- passion for promoting healthy lifestyles
- ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
- preferred multilingual skills
Job Qualifications
- strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- experience with point of sale systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- skills in food cost management
- skills in labor cost management
- experience in food preparation
- proficient cash handling skills
- working knowledge of California labor laws
- passion for healthy food and healthy living
- flexible scheduling
- multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate and oversee all aspects of the store including hiring, training, coaching, and staffing
- manage daily store operations including cash handling and POS system utilization
- ensure food safety by inspecting food storage, preparation, and service practices
- analyze and manage store financials including profit and loss statements, food cost, and labor cost
- handle employee relations and sensitive issues following company HR protocols
- promote the Nekter brand through local community partnerships, promotions and sampling
