Job Requirements
- age 18 or older
- able to work 50 hours per week
- available for variable shifts including openings, mid-day and closings
- ability to use computer and POS systems
- physical capability to stand, bend, reach, scoop and lift 30 to 40 pounds regularly
- comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
- capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to work varied shifts including openings and closings
Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- manage staff through hiring, training, and ongoing development
- optimize sales and profits while following company policies
- maintain food safety and cash handling procedures
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards
- schedule shifts and manage employee workflows
- monitor inventory and ensure compliance with health regulations
