Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- Ability to complete Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic mathematical computations
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to coach and develop managers and team members
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Provide leadership to ensure team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected
- Manage restaurant operations, staff resources, provide training and coaching to Assistant General Manager and Department Managers
- Ensure overall operation aligns with Buffalo Wild Wings brand integrity
- Focus on team performance, sales growth, profitability, cost control, and staff development
- Develop and implement staffing and business plans to build sales
- Prepare manager schedules for proper coverage
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies
- Provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews for managers and team members
- Foster open communication and positive morale among team
- Conduct weekly manager meetings and pre-shift meetings
- Ensure guest service excellence including guest table visits and responsiveness to guest feedback
- Build community relationships and promote guest loyalty
- Maintain quality and cleanliness standards
- Adhere to food safety, alcohol service, and HACCP standards
- Implement company programs, policies, and promotions
- Manage sales goals, budgets, and labor control
- Analyze profit and loss statements and conduct business reviews
- Ensure safety and security policies are followed and loss prevention is managed
- Maintain restaurant in like-new condition and address repair and maintenance issues promptly
- Develop corrective action plans as needed
- Complete other assigned duties or tasks
