Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Ability to manage a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Completion of management certification program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies
- Experience in managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel between units
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a fun and engaging environment for guests and team members
- Proficiency in basic mathematical computations
- Knowledge of labor control and business financial tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
Job Duties
- Provide leadership to ensure team members are guest-focused and community-connected
- Manage staff resources including training and coaching assistant managers and department managers
- Oversee overall restaurant operations ensuring brand integrity
- Develop and implement business staff plans with proper staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct manager performance reviews
- Foster open communication and positive morale among team members
- Ensure all managers hold effective pre-shift meetings
- Respond to guest comments constructively and empower team to do the same
- Build and implement local store marketing plans
- Maintain labor cost controls and approve department schedules
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements and conduct business reviews
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards
- Manage repair and maintenance to keep the restaurant condition optimal
- Achieve sales and profitability goals through performance management and training
- Conduct weekly manager meetings with written agendas
- Implement guest service excellence and achieve superior Guest Loyalty Index results
- Maintain turnover and retention targets
- Ensure safety and security policies are followed
- Utilize financial tools to manage business effectively
- Complete other assigned duties and tasks as required
