Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
- experience in a high-volume, guest-focused transactional environment preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work 50 hours weekly
- availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory up to 40 pounds
- must meet all requirements expected of an Enmarket Store Associate
- eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Coach, develop, empower, and hold accountable all team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
- maintain the highest standards of store appearance and operation
- manage day-to-day retail activities and assist where needed
- recruit, interview, hire, and train high-caliber candidates
- analyze and manage sales, margins, inventory, cash, and purchase trends
- execute company marketing plans and procedures consistently
- maintain adequate inventory levels to support sales and minimize non-productive stock
- ensure compliance with safety, health, food safety, and sanitation standards
- schedule employees effectively and manage payroll to meet labor targets
- complete required paperwork and reporting accurately
- communicate with subordinates, peers, and upper management
- conduct accurate and timely employee performance reviews
- complete competition surveys as requested
- support company mission, vision, and values
- implement and enforce company policies, rules, and procedures
- execute fuel pricing strategy including fuel surveys and price changes
- foster high employee morale and engagement through communication, recognition, feedback, and accountability
- build and maintain business relationships with vendor partners
- proactively manage store operations responding to P&L and analytical reports
- resolve employee disputes and ensure positive employee relations
- embrace change and act as a catalyst within the organization
- work all shifts as needed
