Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • Previous experience in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 50 hours weekly
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory up to 40 pounds
  • Must meet all requirements expected of an Enmarket Store Associate

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Coach, develop, empower, and hold accountable team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain highest standards of store appearance and operation
  • Manage day-to-day retail activities and proactively assist in all store areas
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train high-caliber candidates
  • Analyze and manage sales, margin, inventory, cash, and purchase trends
  • Execute company marketing plans and procedures
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels through effective ordering
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage employee scheduling and payroll to meet labor targets
  • Complete required daily and monthly paperwork and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Conduct accurate and timely employee performance reviews
  • Complete competition surveys as requested
  • Communicate and support company mission, vision, and values
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Execute fuel pricing strategy including fuel surveys and price changes
  • Foster high employee morale and engagement through communication and recognition
  • Build and maintain vendor partnerships
  • Manage store operations using P&L and analytical reports
  • Resolve employee problems and disputes promptly
  • Act as a catalyst for change and embrace organizational changes
  • Work all shifts as needed
