Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • previous experience in a high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work 50 hours weekly
  • must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to bend, stretch, reach, locate, stack, and lift inventory up to 40 pounds
  • meet all requirements of an Enmarket store associate

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED

  • physical ability to handle inventory tasks
  • knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices

Job Duties

  • coach, develop, empower, and hold accountable team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • maintain highest standards of store appearance and operation
  • manage daily retail operations and assist in all operational areas
  • recruit, interview, hire, and orient new employees
  • analyze and manage sales, margin, inventory, cash, and purchase trends
  • execute company marketing plans and fuel pricing strategy
  • ensure safety, health, food safety, and sanitation compliance
  • manage employee scheduling and payroll to meet labor targets
  • complete required paperwork and reporting
  • communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • conduct employee performance reviews
  • complete competition surveys
  • support company mission, vision, and values
  • implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • promote employee morale and engagement
  • build and maintain vendor relationships
  • read and respond to financial and operational reports
  • resolve employee disputes and maintain positive relations
  • embrace and drive organizational change
  • work flexible shifts as needed
