Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and irregular shifts

Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant profitability and actively work towards financial goals
- Review key P&L lines to increase restaurant profitability
- Drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations management
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service
- Manage guest experience and resolve issues promptly
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities
- Manage labor and optimize team scheduling
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and Burger King policies
- Uphold operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator when necessary
