Job Duties
- Supervise and manage all aspects of gaming tavern operations ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries resolving issues and enhancing the overall gaming experience
- Oversee inventory control for food and beverage services ensuring adequate supplies while minimizing waste
- Manage team performance through effective training coaching and development of staff in customer service and operational procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food handling and service in conjunction with gaming activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the gaming area including adherence to health and safety standards
- Monitor financial transactions related to gaming operations ensuring accuracy in reporting and accountability
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff
