Job Requirements
- Positive and professional interaction skills with casino and hotel departments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Minimum five years of high-volume food and beverage experience
- Minimum three years supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Point of Sales systems such as Micros and Infogenesis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure
- Knowledge of current PC software including word processing and spreadsheets
Job Duties
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by building guest relationships and resolving complaints
- Develops ideas to maximize revenue and reduce expenses with the Food and Beverage Operations Director
- Ensures restaurant and bar compliance with Health Department Regulations and maintains "A" grade
- Maximizes employee morale through leading by example and providing tools and support for world class service
- Conducts individual and team coaching sessions and uses the Harrah's coaching cycle for feedback
- Follows and enhances departmental and restaurant specific policies, procedures, and sequence of service
- Performs additional duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Director
