Job Requirements
- High school diploma or degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field
- Managers Food Handler certificate
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the restaurant industry
- Proven leadership ability with strong delegation, supervisory, and public relations skills
- Proficient in food and beverage management with industry knowledge
- Ability to manage restaurant systems, programs, and reports effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Physical capability to perform job duties including movement throughout the restaurant and sensory awareness
- Must demonstrate discretion, loyalty, and professional ethics
- Focused on improving customer experience and achieving financial targets
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Supervise and mentor department managers and staff, ensuring duties align with company guidelines
- Plan and execute restaurant operations based on occupancy, event schedules, and business demands
- Conduct daily briefings with key personnel and ensure readiness for service
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and restaurant setup to maintain high standards
- Manage customer relations, personally handling complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and analyze budgets, forecasting, and profit goals
- actively participate in cost control and savings initiatives
- Maintain stock levels, quality of raw materials, and control of inventory in partnership with the controller and warehouse
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and functioning of restaurant equipment, coordinating with maintenance for preventive care
- Collaborate with Human Resources on staff recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development
- Lead monthly and annual financial reviews, tracking customer volume, revenue, costs, and overall profitability
- Develop and implement strategic plans with General Management and Controller to meet and exceed financial goals
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and internal standards for quality, hygiene, service, and food safety
- Participate in General Managers' meetings, sharing insights and driving improvements across operations
- Other duties as assigned
