Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or restaurant management
  • Proficiency in point of sale systems
  • Ability to manage profit and loss statements
  • Knowledge of food cost management
  • Experience with labor cost management
  • Competency in food preparation and cash handling
  • Understanding of applicable labor laws
  • Strong passion for health and wellness
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • Experience with point of sale systems, knowledge of NCR is a plus
  • Proficient in reviewing and presenting profit and loss statements
  • Skilled in managing food and labor costs
  • Familiarity with food preparation and cash handling skills
  • Working knowledge of California labor laws
  • Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Multilingual ability is a plus

Job Duties

  • Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage day-to-day store operations including hiring, training, and coaching employees
  • Operate and maximize sales through the POS system
  • Oversee cash handling and regularly audit cash procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Manage store profit and loss statements to meet financial goals
  • Handle employee issues with care and follow HR protocols
  • Promote brand awareness through community partnerships and promotions
