- 3-5 years of management experience in retail or restaurant settings
- proficiency in point of sale systems
- ability to manage financial reports and cost controls
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- capacity to handle sensitive employee issues with tact and professionalism
