Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in full-service hotel management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • valid driver’s license
  • proficiency in English

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • extensive experience in hotel management, particularly in full-service boutique settings
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proven track record of increasing hotel revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction
  • proficiency with hotel management software and financial reporting
  • knowledge of local market trends and community engagement practices

Job Duties

  • developing operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • managing hotel staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • overseeing daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
  • driving revenue through marketing initiatives and pricing strategies
  • fostering strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations
  • ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • handling guest complaints and implementing service recovery measures
