Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees
  • Ability to work non-traditional schedules
  • Successful completion of a government background check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow company and regulatory policies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Commitment to team development and performance management

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as retail, restaurants, hospitality or rental cars
  • Proven ability to manage both salaried and hourly employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to training, mentoring and motivating team members
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in a changing environment
  • Experience reviewing and reporting on KPIs regularly
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Passion for fostering teamwork
  • Indefatigable in achieving individual and team goals
  • Willingness to work non-traditional schedules including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings
  • Successful completion of a government background investigation

Job Duties

  • Spend 25% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport
  • 30% of time on administrative responsibilities
  • 45% partnering with key airport stakeholders and business partners
  • Build stakeholder relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners
  • Support needs and inquiries in a timely manner, escalating as necessary
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team of Ambassadors and Managers that utilize CLEAR technology
  • Business owner for the airport P&L and responsible for driving overall strategy to achieve KPIs and metrics
  • Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team of talent delivering on security, service, and sales objectives
  • Performance manage salaried and hourly team members by evaluating ongoing performance and handling tough conversations
  • Drive employee engagement and foster accountability
  • Manage labor for highest utility, payroll and scheduling oversight
