Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 3 years of management experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be able to work various shifts including day night and overnight as required
- Willingness to hire and develop a team of managers
- Preferably possess a driver's license
- Serve Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar management role in a high-volume quick service restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set and achieve performance goals
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and health regulations
- Preferred experience with Serve Safe or food safety certification
- Valid driver's license preferred
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to company standards of quality service and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their performance goals and improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure effective team leadership and succession
- Monitor restaurant operations and make adjustments to meet financial and customer service objectives
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development to maintain high productivity and morale
- Implement safety and food safety policies ensuring compliance with health regulations
