Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 3 years of management experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Must be able to work various shifts including day night and overnight as required
  • Willingness to hire and develop a team of managers
  • Preferably possess a driver's license
  • Serve Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar management role in a high-volume quick service restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set and achieve performance goals
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and health regulations
  • Preferred experience with Serve Safe or food safety certification
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to company standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their performance goals and improve their departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure effective team leadership and succession
  • Monitor restaurant operations and make adjustments to meet financial and customer service objectives
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development to maintain high productivity and morale
  • Implement safety and food safety policies ensuring compliance with health regulations
