Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with POS and scheduling software
  • Valid food handler and alcohol service certifications
  • Reliable transportation

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, liquor regulations, and food safety standards
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Ability to maintain operational standards and manage facilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Drive the company culture and core values
  • Partner with Director of Operations and HR to adhere to policies and provide consistent feedback
  • Maintain restaurant facilities and coordinate repair work
  • Ensure compliance with labor, liquor, and food safety laws
  • Oversee management team development including performance reviews and meetings
  • Manage staff schedules within budget and post schedules in advance
  • Control product purchasing, inventory, and storage
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to control costs and build sales
  • Manage staffing, from job posting to fostering a positive work environment
  • Champion training programs to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Engage with guests tableside and respond proactively to feedback
  • Oversee all financial responsibilities including payroll and cash handling
