Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling software
- Valid food handler and alcohol service certifications
- Reliable transportation

- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of labor laws, liquor regulations, and food safety standards
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in staff training and development
- Ability to maintain operational standards and manage facilities
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Drive the company culture and core values
- Partner with Director of Operations and HR to adhere to policies and provide consistent feedback
- Maintain restaurant facilities and coordinate repair work
- Ensure compliance with labor, liquor, and food safety laws
- Oversee management team development including performance reviews and meetings
- Manage staff schedules within budget and post schedules in advance
- Control product purchasing, inventory, and storage
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to control costs and build sales
- Manage staffing, from job posting to fostering a positive work environment
- Champion training programs to ensure adherence to company standards
- Engage with guests tableside and respond proactively to feedback
- Oversee all financial responsibilities including payroll and cash handling
