Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
- computer skills including Microsoft Office
- food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization required

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration or equivalent of education and work experience
Job Duties
- Promotes a culture of open communication
- drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
- oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in its respective competitive set
- participate in and integrate Living as a Leader concepts into all levels of management
- produce monthly financial reports to be presented to Geronimo Hospitality Leadership
- adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
