Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
  • computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
  • U.S. work authorization required

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration or equivalent of education and work experience

Job Duties

  • Promotes a culture of open communication
  • drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
  • oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in its respective competitive set
  • participate in and integrate Living as a Leader concepts into all levels of management
  • produce monthly financial reports to be presented to Geronimo Hospitality Leadership
  • adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
  • approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
