Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in management or leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for fitness or hospitality industry is a plus but not required

- Proven leadership experience in sales-driven environments
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational functions
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
- Background in retail, hospitality, or similar industries preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Job Duties
- Lead from the front by setting the pace and driving club culture
- Coach and develop Sales Manager and Operations Manager teams
- Own the sales floor by generating leads, closing memberships, and boosting revenue
- Manage daily club operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and member service
- Drive team performance and growth by building a motivated, results-oriented workforce
