Job Requirements
- Must be able to undergo background check
- Must be able to work 45-50 hours per week including holidays
- Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Previous management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
Job Qualifications
- Certified Professional Food Manager certificate
- College degree preferred or a combination of practical experience and education
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to evaluate team performance
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Responsible for cash handling and deposits, inventory, scheduling, purchasing and payroll validation
- Labor laws understanding and compliance
- Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lbs which is required for putting away inventory and stocking
- Must have working knowledge of computers
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Recruit, hire, and train staff
