Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience
  • operations experience in leadership
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • proficiency with point of sale and computer systems
  • valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle
  • must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
  • background check required
  • able to stand for up to 90 percent of the time
  • able to move and transport up to 25 pounds
  • able to work inside and outside of the store
  • able to operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
  • operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in using phones, point of sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other software
  • valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • able to meet physical demands of the position
  • background check clearance
  • bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • associate degree or higher preferred
  • experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
  • coach, lead, and develop all team members
  • lead the charge for local marketing strategies and community engagement
  • examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and transactions
  • enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulations
  • supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
  • conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff
  • participate in hiring and employee retention
  • develop work schedules to meet store needs
  • handle complex customer situations with professionalism
  • monitor and maintain store appearance and facilities
  • perform duties outside of the office such as vehicle appraisals and marketing
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain full-time work schedule with regular attendance
