Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years' leadership experience in retail, finance, or service
- valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- background check required
- ability to stand up to 90% of the time
- ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- proficiency with technology systems
- must maintain full-time in-person attendance including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- operations experience in a leadership capacity
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other technologies
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use
- ability to meet physical demands of the position
- background check clearance
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build business and increase store growth
- identify local marketing strategies and leverage business-to-business partnerships and community events to boost revenue
- examine and process loan and pawn applications while assessing risk within company limits
- ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and comply with local and state laws and participate in audits
- supervise office security including cash management and loss prevention duties
- conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder responsibilities
- participate in hiring, retention, and review of new employees
- develop work schedules aligning with budget and store needs
- handle complex customer situations with professionalism
- maintain internal and external store appearance and schedule maintenance as needed
- perform duties outside the office including vehicle appraisals and external marketing
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
- maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance including weekends
