Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in supervisory or leadership role
- operations experience in leadership capacity
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with phones, point of sale, microsoft office and other systems
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- personal vehicle for work use with mileage compensated
- must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- background check completed
- able to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds

- minimum two years experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries

Job Duties
- manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies and use business-to-business partnership opportunities
- examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and relevant transactions while assessing risk
- enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and compliance with laws and regulations
- supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
- participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees
- develop work schedules according to budget, workload, and store needs
- handle complex customer situations professionally
- monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and basic facility needs
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks
- maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance including weekends
