Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in supervisory or leadership role
- operations leadership experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, personal vehicle
- ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds
- ability to work full-time with regular in-person attendance including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- operations experience in a leadership capacity
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
- ability to meet physical demands of the position
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- associates degree or higher preferred
- experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing preferred
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- lead local marketing strategies including business partnerships and community events
- examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within established limits
- enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and laws including participation in audits and compliance reviews
- supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- conduct opening and closing procedures and train new staff
- participate in hiring and retention of employees
- develop work schedules to align with budgets and store needs
- handle complex customer situations with professionalism
- monitor and maintain store appearance and facility needs
- perform additional tasks as directed by leadership
- maintain full-time work schedule with in-person attendance including weekends
