Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience in supervisory or leadership role
- Operations leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with point of sale and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting
- Personal vehicle for work use with mileage compensated.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, point of sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other business software
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use with mileage reimbursement
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds
- Background check clearance
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing preferred.
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- Lead team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, and participate in community and in-store events
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within established limits
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations
- Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
- Participate in hiring, review, and retention of new employees
- Develop work schedules according to budget and store needs
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism
- Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and schedule maintenance services
- Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance including weekends.
