Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • operations experience in leadership
  • proficiency with phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office
  • valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • personal vehicle available for workday use
  • ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, operating mechanical controls
  • must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
  • successful background check

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
  • operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
  • must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • background check required

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
  • coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports
  • lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue
  • examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits
  • enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations
  • supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses
  • conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
