- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership or management position
- computer skills including Microsoft Office
- food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization

Job Duties
- Promote a culture of open communication
- drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
- oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive
- participate in and integrate Living as a Leader concepts into all management levels
- produce monthly financial reports to be presented to Geronimo Hospitality Leadership
- adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor
- approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- ensure all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- ensure compliance with operational standards, policies and laws
- maintain consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, Accounting and Lodging
- ensure positive guest service by responding to complaints and taking appropriate actions
- ensure a safe working and guest environment, complete accident reports promptly
- hire, develop and train associates to ensure guest satisfaction and company culture
- ensure cleanliness and safety through maintaining preventative maintenance programs
- work with People & Culture team to ensure employment practices comply with regulations
