Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years’ experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
- computer skills including Microsoft Office
- food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- proven leadership ability to build and motivate teams
- strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
- excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of open communication
- drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
- oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and remains competitive
- participate in and integrate Living as a Leader concepts into all levels of management
- produce monthly financial reports for Geronimo Hospitality Leadership
- adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
- approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- ensure all financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- enforce sanitary practices and compliance with operational standards, company policies, and laws
- maintain consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, Accounting, and Lodging departments
- respond effectively to guest complaints to ensure repeat business
- ensure a safe working and guest environment and promptly complete accident reports
- hire, develop, and train associates to ensure guest satisfaction and company culture
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant through preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with employment regulations in collaboration with People & Culture team
