Job Requirements
- Full-time employment
- Onsite work at local branch location during training
- Must be open to relocation with flexibility following training
- Base salary of $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience with annual bonus potential

Job Qualifications
- Business leadership experience in residential construction, home improvement or related sales
- Knowledge of foundation repair industry terminology and best practices preferred
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a diverse work group
- Ability to multitask and delegate effectively
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead teams through change
Job Duties
- Coordinate with regional leadership and chief officers to develop operational goals
- Develop a superior workforce that is well-trained, engaged and empowered
- Implement strategies that achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide leadership that builds relationships with crucial stakeholders
- Optimize partnerships with departmental managers and their teams
- Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time and to customer satisfaction
- Ensure the health and safety of personnel
- Support and assist in coordinating training and development paths for employees
- Perform all other duties as assigned
