Job Requirements
- Full-time employment
- onsite work at local branch during training
- flexibility and willingness to relocate after training
- ability to travel within assigned region during training
- base salary $100-125,000 DOE plus cost of living adjustment

Job Qualifications
- Business leadership experience equivalent to 5-7 years in residential construction, home improvement, renovation, sales or related fields
- knowledge of foundation repair terminology, methods and best practices preferred
- strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- ability to lead diverse work groups
- multitasking and delegation capabilities
- detail oriented
- strong interpersonal skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to lead teams through change
Job Duties
- Coordinates with regional leadership and chief officers to develop operational goals that support company objectives
- develops a superior workforce that is well-trained, engaged and empowered
- implements strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- provides leadership to build relationships with stakeholders critical to success
- optimizes partnerships with departmental managers to meet branch and departmental goals
- ensures projects are completed successfully, on time and to customer satisfaction
- ensures the health and safety of personnel
- supports and assists in coordinating employee training and development
- performs all other duties as assigned
