Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serv Safe training and certificate
  • Prior experience with a POS system
  • 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
  • Ensure compliance with all required training as mandated by local, state, and federal laws
  • Maintain effective communication via text, phone, and email
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Responsible team player with punctuality and respect for others
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment with shifting priorities is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
  • Conduct performance reviews according to the company’s scheduled timeline
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
  • Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
  • Enforce company policies including compliance with laws and local regulations
  • Immediately report any complaints or employee behavior that violates company policy
  • Foster a safe, inclusive work environment
  • Greet every guest warmly and promptly
  • Strive to provide exceptional experience for every guest
  • Regularly walk through the restaurant to check on guests
  • Stay informed about local market trends and community needs
  • Oversee food safety and safety protocols
  • Implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
  • Monitor team interactions with guests
  • Address basic equipment maintenance issues
  • Manage labor costs through sales projections and scheduling
  • Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
  • Communicate with district and operations management
  • Ensure food is prepared fresh to order following company recipes
  • Oversee all sales transactions and inventory tracking
  • Manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Supervise cash handling and banking policies
