- ServSafe certification
- Minimum 2 years food or retail management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Successful background check
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills
- Ability to maintain effective communication
- Commitment to company policies and regulatory compliance

- Prior experience with a POS system
- Minimum 2 years hands-on food or retail management experience

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
- Ability to coach and develop diverse teams
- Demonstrated punctuality and professionalism

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for management and staff
- Conduct performance reviews as scheduled
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff
- Schedule team and manager meetings to communicate company updates
- Enforce company policies and compliance with local laws
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment
- Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Oversee food safety and operational protocols
- Implement marketing plans and prepare staff for promotions
- Use headset for team coaching and redirection
- Manage equipment maintenance and labor costs
- Communicate with district management and support centers
- Manage inventory and sales transactions
- Supervise cash handling and asset protection compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
