Job Requirements

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance
  • move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders
  • reach overhead and below the knees, repetitive movements, and other movements including bending, twisting, pulling/pushing, and stooping, grasping, and crawling to complete some tasks

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant manager
  • at least 3 years experience in nightlife operations
  • at least 5 years of experience in customer relations or service management
  • knowledge of food and cocktail pairings
  • strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • good financial and business acumen
  • critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • good time-management skills
  • great interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong experience working with MICROS

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations
  • deliver superior guest services
  • coordinate with BOH and Director of F&B to curate new menu items or menus for hotel functions
  • coordinate with marketing, sales, and events departments to plan and execute flawless events
  • respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • organize and supervise shifts
  • assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
  • manage restaurant supplies and inventory
  • control costs and minimize waste
  • nurture a positive working environment, but deliver formal coaching if/when necessary
  • implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale
