Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of GM experience in full-service restaurants with heavy bar volume
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, mornings, mids, and weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in cost control and quality standards
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Self-motivated with initiative and no need for micromanagement
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of hands-on GM leadership experience in the hospitality operations
- Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
- Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, mornings, mids, and weekends
