Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience in managing unionized workforce
  • Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
  • Proficiency in staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by promoting company values
  • Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Enforce food operation department responsibilities fairly and in compliance with union contracts
  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations ensuring consistent service excellence
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold fine dining standards and positive work environment
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership for menu execution in line with brand vision
  • Handle guest relations professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments maintaining compliance with union agreements and labor regulations
