Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management with leadership responsibilities
- Experience in managing unionized workforce
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
- Proficiency in staff recruitment, training, and development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by promoting company values
- Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Enforce food operation department responsibilities fairly and in compliance with union contracts
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations ensuring consistent service excellence
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold fine dining standards and positive work environment
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with culinary leadership for menu execution in line with brand vision
- Handle guest relations professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments maintaining compliance with union agreements and labor regulations
