Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Ability to work with agility
  • Assist in training and developing new hires
  • Ability to work occasional long hours within legal limits
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Effective communication with guests and employees who speak English
  • Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
  • Compliance with local Health Department requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to commute to North Dartmouth, MA 02747

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
  • Availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and inventories
  • Ability to maintain positive composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration capabilities

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • Supervise and direct store staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating employees
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and variable operating expenses
  • Ensure product quality, guest satisfaction, and safety compliance
  • Manage store assets including security and financial processes such as cash handling and bank deposits
  • Oversee inventory levels, waste reduction, and cost control
  • Coordinate promotional, marketing, and local public relations activities
  • Maintain equipment and facility upkeep and arrange repairs as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, health regulations, and safety standards
  • Prepare and submit required paperwork and financial reports
  • Maintain good working relations with mall management and attend related meetings
  • Provide disciplined leadership setting clear expectations and accountability
  • Work as a hands-on manager alongside the team, supporting daily operations
