Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing budgets and making sound judgments in expense allocation
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Preferred Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
- Skilled in handling highly confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in computer skills and spreadsheet software
- Strong leadership and communication abilities

Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club
- Regularly monitor performance metrics against plans to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Offer strategic leadership to department heads across Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Experience, and Sales
- Recruit, select, develop, and evaluate qualified department heads
- Guide department heads in employee development plans and performance reviews
- Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of employees
- Implement sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies aligned with financial plans
- Maintain expense control systems and forecasting procedures
- Ensure club meets financial obligations and adheres to policies
- Foster member relationships and maintain high-quality facilities
- Analyze member retention and develop targeted strategies
- Promote a motivating work environment centered on teamwork and respect
- Ensure club operates safely and legally according to regulations
