Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of performance
- provide ongoing coaching and development to the team
- foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork, respect, and collaboration
- maintain employee engagement and retention
- oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with company standards
- ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are met
- supervise kitchen and front-line staff for timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- manage inventory, order supplies, minimize waste
- address customer complaints promptly and professionally
- monitor and evaluate customer service
- ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- manage restaurant budget including labor and food costs
- monitor sales trends and implement sales strategies
- prepare and analyze financial reports
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- conduct safety audits and implement safety programs
- maintain accurate records for inventory, staffing, and health inspections
- execute local marketing initiatives
- engage with local community to build relationships and enhance reputation
