Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Must be able to perform physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to manage without supervision
- Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

- Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers

- Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision experience

Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant functions to ensure high quality products and customer service
- Build a system of quality with team members to meet standards
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
- Recruit, orient, train, and motivate team members
- Manage sales goals against budget and prior year
- Control food, labor, and other costs within budget
- Maintain restaurant safety, cleanliness, and equipment operation
- Execute administrative and cash management duties
- Develop and implement plans to improve profits and operations
