Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or related industry
  • Proven P&L management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to multiple facilities
  • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a business unit strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and execute plans to capitalize on them
  • Lead a cross-functional team including Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and R&D
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of appreciation and continuous improvement
  • Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Direct operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost results using KPIs and processes
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Direct lifecycle management, new product development, and innovation
  • Represent Andersen within the Des Moines business community and lead local philanthropic initiatives
