Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or related industry
- Proven P&L management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed to multiple facilities
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Develop and implement a business unit strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Identify new market opportunities and execute plans to capitalize on them
- Lead a cross-functional team including Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and R&D
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of appreciation and continuous improvement
- Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Direct operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost results using KPIs and processes
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Direct lifecycle management, new product development, and innovation
- Represent Andersen within the Des Moines business community and lead local philanthropic initiatives
