Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years in food service management or catering
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and support a team of food service professionals
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and production planning
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served to company standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work with the Corporate Chef to create sample menus and catering proposals
  • Coordinate and organize catering events from planning to execution
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Monitor budgets, labor, and cost controls
  • Address customer feedback and continuously improve service
