Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years large venue or multi-unit management experience
- Preferred experience in premium and concessions management
- Demonstrated direct profit and loss responsibility
- Ability to lead large culinary and operations teams
- Strong focus on client and guest service
- Capability to develop successful food and beverage concepts
- Effective communication with clients and management
- Responsiveness to changing operational needs

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large venue or multi-unit management
- Experience in premium dining and concessions management preferred
- Proven direct profit and loss responsibility in a similar scope
- Demonstrated ability to lead large culinary and operations teams in high-volume settings
- Strong leadership skills focused on client and guest service excellence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with success in concept development and business growth
- Effective communication skills with clients and senior management
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational demands
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage full profit and loss responsibility for food and beverage operations
- Oversee client relationships at the location while providing hands-on leadership and execution
- Lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and service concepts
- Develop innovative concepts to increase revenue from public foods, concessions, premium services, and catering
- Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute business development and growth strategies
- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing managerial staff
- Engage regularly with clients, stadium guests, and team members to ensure satisfaction and operational success
