Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- food safety certification as per local requirements
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to manage multiple shifts independently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to comply with company policies and government regulations
- maintain acceptable driving record if driving is required
- self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and inventory data
- customer service oriented
- effective team management and development abilities
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and develop AGM, Shift Manager and team members
- implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for the team
- ensure positive and motivating work environment
- conduct timely and effective performance reviews
- provide ongoing feedback and discipline with proper documentation
- maintain effective communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
- escalate relevant employee matters to DM, AM or HR
- ensure employee turnover meets company standards
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards and lead team to 100 percent guest satisfaction
- manage all restaurant financial controllables including labor, overtime, food, supplies, audits, cash management and bank deposits
- maintain and protect company assets
- develop core behaviors and standards
- ensure compliance with training, operational updates and manuals
- follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- ensure compliance with municipal, state and federal codes and health inspections
- use Food Safety Checklist to uphold food safety standards
- communicate operational variances and employee issues to District Manager
- monitor deletions and over rings for compliance
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with all company policies
- implement and execute all marketing programs
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
