  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining B2B relationships, and creating a world-class work environment

Job Duties

  • Lead Interstate's business strategy and operations for the Milwaukee Market with full responsibility for daily operations and client relationships
  • Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the Milwaukee market
  • Responsible for all operational systems, budget development, and financial reporting
  • Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Milwaukee team members
