Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- proven capability to manage shifts independently
- food safety certification according to local or state requirements
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- strong communication and leadership skills
- maintain acceptable driving record if required
- willingness to work flexible hours and manage employee relations
- understanding of compliance with municipal, state, and federal codes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- proven ability to manage all shifts without supervision
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field preferred
- food safety certification
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and analytical abilities
Job Duties
- Recruit, train and develop restaurant management, shift supervisors and crew members
- implement and utilize the company's employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
- ensure a positive and motivating work environment
- conduct timely and effective performance reviews
- provide ongoing feedback and utilize constructive discipline
- ensure accurate communication through one-to-one meetings and formal channels
- develop a strong management team to ensure shift coverage and problem resolution
- escalate disciplinary and employment matters as appropriate
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
- lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- deliver on 'VOCs' and 'Customer Mania' initiatives
- utilize BLAST to respond to guest complaints and empower the team in resolution
- manage all financial controllables including labor, overtime, inventory, supplies, and cash
- conduct audits and maintain compliance with financial control systems
- maintain cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- ensure adherence to food safety checklists
- communicate operational variances or employee issues to district management
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with company policies
- implement marketing programs and optimize shift scheduling based on business patterns
