Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior general manager experience with high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors
- ability to lead and develop management teams
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- excellent organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager in a high-volume restaurant
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- experience in goal setting and performance monitoring
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to analyze financial and operational data
- knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and adherence to quality standards
- lead and motivate a team of Department and Shift Managers
- set restaurant and department goals and monitor progress
- hire, train, and develop management team members
- ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- analyze financial reports and manage inventory and labor costs
- maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
